Measurements are made while construction is in process, to verify elevation, horizontal position and dimensions, and configuration; to determine stage of completion.

Construction Survey

All flood certifications are determined using digital and hard copy FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps and Flood Hazard Boundary Maps in conjunction with field location, street maps, tax maps, plats, and aerial and satellite photos.

Topographic Survey

ALTA/ASCM surveys are performed on commercial properties. These surveys are comprehensive surveys that determine property lines, locate improvements, identify all easements, utilities and other conditions affecting the property. ALTA surveys typically cost thousands of dollars and take weeks to complete.

ALTA Survey

A survey in which legal boundaries of an area are located, and the area is divided into parcels of lots, streets, right-of-way, and other accessories.  All necessary corners or dividing lines are marked or monumented.
