Beth B. Gilliam, PLS, President

Beth has been with the company since 1987.  She is a Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina and Georgia. She is a second generation of management promoted from within the company.  She is responsible for the day to day operations of the company, scheduling, preparing proposals, and meeting with clients to discuss their needs.

Richard M. Biggs, PLS, Vice-President

Richard is one of the original partners in the firm.  He is a Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina and South Carolina.  He is responsible for overseeing the GPS projects, assisting the crews, and financial management of the firm.
